Most of us live our life on the go – always battling with a to-do list that simply does not end. Our jobs are demanding, but stress does not stop once we come home - making it difficult to find the time for much-needed self-care.
Through this seminar, participants learn how to manage the impacts of chronic stress on health and well-being, along with practical tips to become experts at stress-free living - at work and at home.
Format: Interactive Presentation with Stress-Relief Exercises
This one-hour presentation is delivered by our Naturopath, Sigrid Grobys N.D., and features an interactive component during which the speaker leads the participants through a series of simple exercises designed to relieve daily stress & tension. Through this direct experience, participants are later able to better remember how to perform the relief routines in their everyday lives. The immediate impact of the session leaves the audience relaxed and stress-free.
