They went on to specialize in two different but highly complementary fields: gourmet cuisine and naturopathic medicine. Today, their unique partnership enables An Apple a Day to deliver Singapore’s only complete healthy living solution.

Valentine Laperle - Personal Chef
Chef Valentine has worked alongside internationally acclaimed master Alain Passard at L’Arpège (3 Michelin Stars) in Paris and “Iron Chef” Rob Feenie at Lumière (Relais & Chateaux) in Vancouver. At Simply Wonderful Catering in Montreal, she became famous for creating delicious ready meals and innovative party menus with modern simplicity.
After completing her Honours Bachelor of Science degree in biochemistry at McGill University, Canada, she decided to embrace her long-standing passion for cooking! She was accepted at the top culinary art institute in Canada (Institut du Tourisme et de l’Hôtellerie du Québec) and graduated in 2002. Since then, she has never stopped looking for the best products and developing creative recipes that successfully combine health and taste. Today, Chef Valentine is available to bring world-class cuisine to your private home in Singapore!

Sigrid Grobys N.D. - Naturopath
Sigrid is a licensed member of the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors.
After completing her Honours Bachelor of Science degree in biochemistry at McGill University, she continued her medical education at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM). Sigrid is the recipient of the Governor’s Award for Academic and Clinical Excellence, as well as the Nutritional Science Award of Excellence. She later became a faculty member at CCNM and practiced as Resident Naturopath at the Sherbourne Health Center in Toronto.
Today, Sigrid brings her wealth of experience in complementary health-care to Singapore!
